Are you juggling a million things and still feel like you're dropping the ball on your wellbeing? Meditation, mindfulness, movement, manifesting-it's all a lot. Somehow wellness has become just another thing on our jam-packed to-do list.
Here in Would You Be Well? popular broadcaster and health coach Clare McKenna shows you how to cut through the noise to help you discover the wellness habits that fit your life - and that are easy to maintain.
From mindset shifts to everyday 'small step' rituals, this compassionate, accessible and down-to-earth guide will help you cut through the overwhelm and find a routine that actually works for you.
This isn't another book telling you to wake up at 5am or drink green juice every day (though if that's your jam, go for it!) so whether you're balancing work, family, or just trying to keep your head above water, Would You Be Well? is the permission note to slow down and start living well - on your own terms.

About the author

Clare McKenna has worked as a broadcaster in TV and radio for over twenty-five years.
She began presenting Newstalk's health and wellness show Alive and Kicking in 2019 and this sparked an exploration into her own relationship with her wellbeing. After embarking on a deep dive for the show and a national newspaper, Clare began to move away from the clutches of diet culture towards a life where a healthy relationship with food and body was prioritised and, in turn, so was her wellbeing. Impassioned to share this message with others Clare went on to become an Integrative Health Coach to promote lifestyle and preventative medicine. She now hosts events championing individualised wellbeing in small achievable steps, cutting through the noise and overwhelm to empower people to feel as good as they can for as long as they can. Clare is also a master breathwork teacher.
