Cultivate the Irish art of comfort, belonging and living in rhythm with the world around you.

In a world that urges us to move ever faster sometimes we need to slow down and reconnect with what matters most to us – to watch the weather, mark the seasons, cherish the natural world and the people we love.

From the first stirrings of spring at Imbolc to the dark, reflective days of winter, The Irish Year explores the landscapes, food, folklore, and traditions that shape life on this island. Inspired by the cycles of nature yet relevant to modern living, it is a way of life built around community, nature, gratitude, and the pleasure of being present.

The Irish Year invites readers to embrace richer, more grounded habits and will inspire anyone seeking comfort, belonging and a quieter way of being.
