    About the Author

    Sophie Morris is a prominent healthy food advocate and activist, television chef, and bestselling author. Following her training at Ballymaloe Cookery School, Sophie founded and mentored a number of Irish food start ups, winning Image Magazine’s Young Businesswoman of the Year Award 2012.
