Brand new fiction novel from the Sunday Times bestselling author of Strong Female Character

Meet Mary. Mary has an illness no doctor seems able or willing to name. On top of that she's preoccupied with the idea there's a secret room in her house that she can't gain access to...

She realises she must do three things immediately:

1. Leave her home
2. Leave her husband
3. Take psilocybin

From the author of Strong Female Character, Fern Brady's debut novel explores bodily autonomy, medical misogyny and the repercussions of what happens when your internal world is suffocated.
