Eva Pau is the commercial director and face of Dublin's Asia Market, a family-run business renowned for its authentic Asian ingredients. Established in 1981, Asia Market is Ireland's largest importer, wholesaler, distributor and retailer of Asian food products. With a background in technology and finance, Eva transitioned from a career in Hong Kong to join her family's business a decade ago. Her deep passion for Asian cuisine and commercial expertise have transformed Asia Market into a culinary hub.
