The latest thrilling novel in James Patterson's globally bestselling Women's Murder Club series.
A San Francisco basketball star is found dead in a luxury apartment.
As fans mourn one of the team’s brightest young talents, known for the number 27 on his back, Sergeant Lindsay Boxer is assigned to the high-profile investigation.
Then another tragedy strikes.
Two school friends are murdered in the woods outside an elite private school attended by Lindsay’s own daughter.
Torn between two shocking cases, Lindsay is drawn into the city’s most privileged circles, where wealth, power and ambition conceal deadly secrets.
With the pressure mounting and the body count rising, only the Women’s Murder Club can uncover the truth.
