Shipping & delivery
Free Delivery on orders over €10 to Republic of Ireland only
Orders under €10 will have a delivery charge of €3.95.
All orders to the UK have a flat shipping rate of €8.95.
Once an order is received it is usually dispatched within 1-2 days and can take a further 1-2 working days to be delivered. Deliveries to the UK can take 5-7 working days to deliver. If there is an issue regarding availability, we will be in touch as soon as possible.
All orders are delivered by An Post Parcel Service. Please note, An Post will not delivery to PO boxes.
Returns & Replacements
We accept returns up to 14 days after they have been received once the goods are still in excellent condition. If you would like to return an item please email info@bookstation.ie and we will forward details as to how this is done.
Please note the cost of returning the goods will be borne by the customer unless we are at fault.

Bookstation will retain your personal data for the minimum amount of time required in order to successfully carry out the specified purposes for collecting that data. Security
Bookstation is fully compliant with the requirements set out in the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards version 2.0 (PCI DSS 2.0). We do not hold sensitive payment data when users interact with our site.
Secure Sockets Layer, or ‘SSL’, is the security technology used by Bookstation for encrypting a link between a web server and a browser. All data passed between our web server and your browser remains completely private and secure. For example, using SSL, your computer and ours agree to transpose whatever we are sending into an unintelligible hash of characters.
Through using SSL, we can ensure that your valuable personal data is fully encrypted when you interact with our site. To correct, erase or verify personal information
You can request that Bookstation correct any information about you which is incorrect. Bookstation enables customers to update their information independently in their Bookstation Account. You can request that your information is erased or edited by contacting info@bookstation.ie. We always endeavour to fulfil your request fully, however we may not always be able to fully comply with your request. For example, where we need to keep using your information to comply with our legal obligations, or where we need to use your information to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
